Our road to extraordinary training

BMS has quite the legacy – over a quarter of a century in business, to be precise. For decades our focus has been to assess and develop people as part of our end-to-end talent management solution. But ‘training’ as we know it has moved on considerably over the years, not least with the launch of the Apprenticeship Levy. And as our service offering evolved, so did we: it was time to dedicate ourselves to improving performance and progressing careers at all business levels. BMS Progress was born, taking our incredible culture and experience to emerge as something focused and brilliant.
