
Our Level 3 Business Associate Apprenticeship is designed to develop highly-effective and reliable business support professionals, equipping them with the skills to improve businesses across all sectors.

The Level 3 Business Associate Apprenticeship is designed for individuals who support day‑to‑day business operations across a wide range of sectors.
It’s Ideal for individuals beginning their career in business support or those already in administrative roles seeking structured, professional development.
Built upon the Level 3 Business Administion apprenticeship, this programme develops the core hands-on skills to communicate with confidence, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and support colleagues and customers with professionalism.
Learners strengthen their administrative, organisational and communication skills, giving them the professional grounding needed to progress in their careers.
The duration of this apprenticeship is typically 18 months: 14 months of practical learning following by a 4-month assessment period.

This apprenticeship is designed to build strong business support capabilities and the confidence to work effectively, efficiently, and professionally in demanding business environments.
It develops the practical skills needed to manage information, coordinate tasks and communicate professionally while supporting smooth, reliable operations.
We will work with you to create a unique programme. This can include your own training content, vision and values, language, and terminology.

The structure of the programme has been designed to support the transfer of learning back into the workplace, giving learners ample opportunity to develop and practice their coaching skills, whilst supported by a professional trainer and dedicated development coach, culminating in a Ofqual accredited qualification.
The duration of this apprenticeship is typically 18 months: 14 months of practical learning followed by a 4-month End Point Assessment (EPA) phase.
A minimum of 348 hours is required to obtain new knowledge, skills and behaviours relating to the standard, as well as what’s applicable to their role.
The programme incorporates facilitator-led virtual or physical classroom training, eLearning, 1-2-1 coaching, and a variety of activities to help embed the knowledge into learners’ roles and businesses.
Completing the Level 3 Business Associate Apprenticeship opens a clear pathway to long‑term career growth. The programme builds the core professional, organisational and communication skills that underpin progression into senior support roles, specialist administrative positions and first‑line management.
The EPA period is 4 months, in which three assessment methods must be passed for the learner to successfully achieve their qualification. This includes a knowledge test, project/improvement presentation with Q&A, and a portfolio-based interview.
Conducted by an independent body selected by the employer, the apprenticeship assessment is the culmination of the 14-month training period. The assessment is an opportunity for the learner to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours they have acquired throughout the programme through a series of assessed activities. This includes a a knowledge test, project/improvement presentation with Q&A, and a portfolio-based interview.
The outcome is either a pass or distinction.
