The role

We are recruiting a commercially astute and experienced Sales and Management Trainer to join our team at BMS Progress.

Given the nature of this role, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of facilitation and experiential training delivery, as well as being able to design and create training content.

Key Responsibilities

As a trainer, you will:

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to cohorts of learners on the Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship, Level 3 and Level 5 Management Apprenticeships and Level 4 Associate Project Manager.

• Bring theory to life through practical exercises, role plays, and case studies that connect to real workplace challenges.

Inspire, motivate, and challenge learners to build confidence and capability.

• Provide constructive feedback to help learners progress, helping them to embed knowledge.

• Adapt your delivery style to suit different learner styles, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

• Work collaboratively with our Development Coaches and curriculum team
