iSTORM specialise in supporting businesses who require a range of Privacy, Security and Penetration testing related services.

Business Development Manager, Joe Richards, came to us looking for support in crafting an iSTORM unique sales team, help with building new business, and providing progression opportunities as the team grows.

We wanted to align our sales team with our values and mission, and knew BMS Progress would be an extension of our business to help shape our team to our specific needs.

The Solution

We invested in the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship to create and build our new sales team. The programme was an entirely remote, open cohort which provided us with a great opportunity to network and interact with like-minded people.

BMS Progress exemplified a refreshing approach to remote training. From start to finish, the programme was extremely engaging, thorough, and a fantastic experience. Being able to connect with like-minded individuals was a great added value.

Excellent expert development coaches

One stand-out experience throughout the programme duration was having a dedicated personal development coach. The access to a hands-on field expert with regular interactions provided fantastic support in the apprenticeship journey, empowering personal and professional development.

The results have been a game-changer. From promotions to confidence building, the team's understanding of sales fundamentals and abilities to go out and find new business has vastly evolved.

A huge success

The programme has been super successful and we can certainly say we have seen a positive impact, not only on day-to-day roles but also with securing new business. Joe was promoted to Business Development Manager and we've seen Amelia grow in her first sales role, applying new skills and knowledge daily and exemplifying fantastic confidence in her abilities.

A blossoming partnership

Having completed the programme first myself, we knew the quality of the programme was of high standard and that it would provide Amelia with excellent progression opportunities. All round, Our experience has been fantastic and as we continue to grow, we will look to extend our investment with BMS Progress and the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.
