The role

BMS Progress is a dynamic and innovative training provider based in Warrington,UK. We are dedicated to delivering world class training and apprenticeships for all sales, management and leadership professionals. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to support our Marketing Manager.

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our branding and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in marketing, with a passion for creativity and a strong desire to contribute to the success of our marketing efforts. You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience to multi-channel marketing, with the ability to see your direct impact on brand and marketing initiatives.

As a Junior Marketing Executive you will: 

Assist in the preparation of marketing activity, planning and reports across various channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Assist in market research, competitor analysis and trends.

Assist in creating engaging content for digital and traditional marketing platforms.

Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement across all channels.

Assist in branding collateral, including proof reading and editing.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field [preferred but not required, other qualifications /experience will be taken into consideration]

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role.

B2B marketing knowledge, preferred but not essential.

Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Preferred knowledge of InDesign or Adobe systems, Canva.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred knowledge of CRM systems, but not essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Good time management.

Creative thinker.

Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.
